300 series stainless steel is an alloy material stainless steel containing iron, carbon, nickel and chromium. Due to the austenitic structural material composition of 300 series stainless steel, it has strong corrosion resistance in many environments. Its resistance is caused by good antimony overpressure, and its material properties are not affected by heat treatment. There are stainless steels in which two opposing forces exist at the same time: ferrite forming elements continue to form ironic bodies, while austenite forming elements continue to form austenite. The final crystal structure depends on the relative amount of the two types of added elements. Chromium is an element of ferrite, so the formation of chromium in the stainless steel crystal structure is a competitive relationship between austenite forming elements. Because iron and chromium are elements of ferrite, 400 series stainless steel, which is a completely ironic body stainless steel, is magnetic. Adding the austenitic element nickel to iron-chromium stainless steel in this process, as the nickel content increases, the austenite formed will gradually increase until all ferrite structures are converted into austenite structures to form the essence of 300 series stainless steel.
